The Millhouse Bistro is built for honest food, local ingredients and a place to gather, whether it’s brunch with friends or dinner with family.By day, it’s light, airy and fresh, a bright spot to enjoy coffee, lunch or a long weekend brunch. As the sun sets, the lights dim, candles are lit and the space transforms into a cosy escape, where food, wine and conversation flow naturally.Our building is new, but the spirit of the mills is everywhere, in the care we put into our food, the flavours we celebrate and the space we’ve created to welcome the community.
