Bistro Colette never ceases to please. Traditional French country cuisine like Coq au Vin and Cassolette. The chicken liver pate is a wonderful starter along with the homemade truffled potato chips. The endive apple and blue cheese salad was very tasty and the servings are generous without being overwhelming. I felt the pricing was fair for these days. Of course, because it’s a wine bar, the French wine selection by the glass is phenomenal. Hard to choose, might have to taste a few. This little gem of a restaurant is fast becoming a Bend foodie go to!

It is so wonderful to have a top-tier restaurant in downtown Redmond that serves excellent food, presented by courteous and knowledgeable servers. Sometimes we forget to go back to the Brickhouse, but last night’s dinner reminded us that we need to support them more frequently.

What a gem this place is! Food was so amazing!! Service and attention to detail! The wine!!!! We couldn’t be happier! Now I want to try everything on the menu!!!

The steak was excellent. Came exactly the way we ordered...medium rare. All the sides were delicious and the Huckleberry pie and ice cream was perfect!

Our dinner was fantastic, service was exceptional. Brayden made the evening outstanding!
