At Myriel we highlight wild and farmed ingredients from woods and growers we know. A dinner at Myriel is an invitation to be part of the community that provides for and results from this approach. At the table, we offer the open-hearted hospitality of Bishop Myriel as a way to connect with each other in our busy world.We pride ourselves on processing our ingredients with care, utilizing careful skill and time to fill our larder with charcuterie, bread, and preserves all crafted in-house. Our menu is based upon what is good at any time, and so changes often with the seasons and with our whims. We offer an à la carte and Chef's tasting menu. We are a small restaurant, so please be mindful of à la carte cancellations (we appreciate a 24-hour notice/cancellation if you need to, as it negatively impacts our business within 24 hours)We are overjoyed to have you dine with us.
