Estuve en Un restorán en Melbourne y ellos insistieron en que tenía que ir a cenar a un lugar en Sidney, donde el protagonista es el pescado , y su cocinero lo puso en lo más alto de la técnica y trabajó se está reconociendo a nivel global - Sin dudar , salí para allá y tomé una reserva, sus hablar nada de inglés , un joven que vivió un tiempo en Perú , pudo explicarme detalles de la experiencia, donde él puso mucha pasión , recurriendo al traductor cuando las palabras faltaban, toda la experiencia fue maravillosa, me quedé con muchísimas preguntas , Pero eso es una cosa que tenemos los cocineros , me traje el libro , que por momentos dude en cargar esos kg hasta Ushuaia FindelMundo, Argentina, tengo tema de lectura y traductor - y otro camino para investigar .
