The Dancing Bear is managed by Kristine Tarabine who has cracked the Top 50 Australian bartenders competing in Diageo's world class competition. Dear Valued Customers, The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW-licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, students practice delivering fine-dining food & develop their skills in an operational environment. As we are a licensed venue, BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised in advance through your OpenTable platform booking. The Last slice is a modern twist of the classic Lebanese style Pizza, known as Manoush. Located in the heart of Sydney Olympic Park, established to share a piece of our culture with you!
