In 2010 Basta, from the Italian word meaning “enough”, opened its doors with a single wood-fired oven evoking techniques both past and present. Our kitchen sources from a variety of locales with significance placed on Colorado and West Coast farmers, ranchers, and fishers. Our beverage team curates a focused menu highlighting small production beer, natural wines, and seasonal cocktails.Basta is located in the center of the Peloton Condominium Complex.Patio and Bar seating is available first-come, first-served, weather permitting.
