Escogimos el menú de degustación de temporada que estuvo excelente, con el maridaje adecuado en cada tiempo y los sabores con los vinos seleccionados explorando al máximo sus sabores. La atención especial del Chef Rob Feenie se refleja en todo el servicio, desde que te reciben, hasta tu mesa que es excepcional su atención. El sommelier con la selección correcta de vinos y el conocimiento que le dan los años de experiencia. Nos pasamos una tarde muy agradable y sin duda volveremos a regresar cuando estemos nuevamente en Vancouver.
