Hello and welcome to Gibson’s! Located downtown in historic Midway! Join us Tuesday thru Sunday for lunch or dinner! Chef Ray Ray puts his own unique culinary skills to the test everyday to provide the best quality food for all of our guests. We have a unique old time feel with a bit of class. Downstairs at the bar, we get down to our hometown roots on Friday and Saturday nights with Karaoke from 7pm-midnight! Come check us out and explore the beautiful City of Midway!
