The Swan on the Green is a historic 16th-century pub proudly owned by its community. Purchased in March 2025 with support from the Government’s Community Ownership Fund, it is now owned by 463 shareholders who invested to secure its future. Their support has safeguarded the pub for generations to come, with shareholders from the village, the wider community, and even overseas.The Swan offers a wide range of food and drink inspired by global flavours, alongside Kentish real ales and ciders. Much of the produce is locally sourced, with some grown just metres from the pub, including strawberries, soft fruits, and fresh salads from nearby farms. Working closely with trusted local suppliers and a passionate team, The Swan is committed to quality, provenance, and making every visit memorable.

Open Tuesday to Sunday with food served all day from noon.We now have 3 Giant heated Tipis, they provide lots of fresh air and a lovely open environment, they are also heated.Formerly an 18th Century farmhouse boasting exposed beams, oak floors, exposed brickwork and oak tables. This leads to a very relaxed and cosy atmosphere with candle lit tables and real flame stoves.The cuisine is typically modern European, classically cooked using cornerstones such as stock pots to create their sauces with a brigade that has a passion for what they do. This is exciting times for the pub which now has a new bar serving real ale straight from the cask. Be sure to check out the website regularly to keep up with the latest events and offers.

    A great meal at Fondeli. The staff are great. So friendly and welcoming. The food is on point and the lasagna is unbelievable. The pineapple margaritas are definitely worth a try. The second time we have been since they opened and definitely one of the best places to eat in Tunbridge Wells

    Cote is our favourite restsurant in Tunbridge Wells, in fact we have been visiting Cote since the first day it opened over 15 years ago!! First and foremost… their staff excellent Food …. So Tasty we keep returning Ambience…. Fab especially in the little room! If you want an evening out with good food, great service, and lovely atmosphere - Cote is the place for you. It was my birthday celebration and lovely Gabriella looked after us so well!! Our next visit booked!! 🍷🌹❤️ Thank you to all xxx
