FlameStone American Grill is a casually sophisticated American Grill that places an emphasis on cooking with nature’s most basic elements: Fire & Stone. Our passion is to serve highly flavored food with the highest quality service possible. We use natural cooking techniques such as grilling over an open fire or preparing our guacamole using lava stone, to give our food exceptional flavor and taste.

Starters such as Tableside Guacamole or Stone Oven Flat Breads make your first choice a tough one. FlameStone’s Tableside Guacamole is an experience that is unlike any guacamole you have ever tasted. Made tableside using a traditional Molcajete, we only use Haas Avocados and the freshest ingredients possible. It is truly amazing.

If a great steak is your weakness, you’ll love our steaks. At FlameStone we grill our steaks over an open flame and only use Stock Yards Chicago Angus Beef that is 28 day aged and that are hand cut on premises.

We enjoyed the Table side Guacamole very much. Entrees of salmon and Shrimp/scallop risotto were very good. The carrot cake was huge and awesome. Only issue was we were using a gift $100 gift card and asked to use it for bill and use credit card to apply additional tip. Instead applied meal cost to gift card and full tip to credit. It was very “confusing” so we now have dollars left on gift card when all we wanted was to use the $100 for meal and tip. We left a bit confused on how payment was handled.

The service is outstanding, JP is the best waiter you could ask for. Unfortunately there were small flies everywhere, we sat in the main dining room, not anywhere near the bar (they usually are found around the soda guns at bars) and we had to constantly wave them away from our food. If they are that far from the bar I would imagine they have an infestation. Hope they resolve it, as this is one of our favorite local restaurants.

Best restaurant around. Our neighborhood place to go. Excellent food, prices, and service. We are treated like welcomed family. Hannah was our server on 09-29-2026, our anniversary. Hannah is soooo great. Thank you, Hannah.

Unfortunately, our experience here was extremely disappointing. The dinner rolls tasted like they came straight out of a bag rather than being fresh, and the water had a very strong chlorine taste. The steaks were especially disappointing. The meat tasted like low-quality, processed meat rather than what you would expect from a restaurant serving steaks. The pork chops were also terrible and lacked both quality and flavor. Even the soft drinks were poor. They tasted as though the soda machine had not been properly cleaned or maintained, which really affected the taste. Overall, the food and drinks were very poor quality, especially considering the price you expect to pay for a restaurant meal. There were too many issues with the food, beverages, and overall quality for us to consider coming back. We definitely will not be dining here again.
