A nice quiet Evening with excellent food. Prices especially for the cocktails quite high.
After being shown to our table It took half an hour to be offered a drink, our food eventually came and was the wrong order. The rice followed 5 mins later with the chicken 10 mins after that. The chicken was then sent back as it was raw in the middle. After another 10 mins the chicken finally arrived. My wife also sat for 15 mins without a drink and we couldn’t get the attention of a member of staff. All in all not what you would expect from a restaurant of any reputation.
Incredible food. Well priced and delicious. Nice chilled atmosphere as well. Thank you for a special night.
The service levels became quite poor. None of the very expensive wine was being poured. The tables were not getting cleared. There was a service charge of 9
£97 added to an £720 bill which was was 5 person, one of which was a 12 year old and 2 15 year olds. Nice but way way overpriced.
Service in faultless and food, as ever, was outstanding
Have been in Hakkasan Shanghai, Dubai and London. Does not matter wich place, food is amazing delicious.
Went on the Pre Theatre fixed price menu which always offers great value for money.
Good food as always with good atmosphere.
The food and service were impeccable but sadly the restaurant was empty with only a few tables occupied. The coronavirus scaremongers have a lot to answer for!!
Served a very dusty wine glass but quickly resolved.
It was nice but I didn‘t enjoy waiting for 20 minutes for a table. Regardless, I had a reservation.
Great food, drinks & service. Location is good. A bit pricy but still one of my favorite in town. Try out classic dishes!
My friend and myself went for the weekend brunch set menu. An absolutely outstanding afternoon. The food was stunning, the waiter exceptional and value for money, fantastic. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I thoroughly recommend.
I’ve been going to Hakkasan for years. Quality of food is not what it was which is a shame.
Great place for a date night. Wine is not cheap, but one of the best bottles of malbec I've had in ages. Get in early for the set menu with cocktail included, makes it an affordable and fun night. Service impeccable.
Fantastic food. The pace of service was just right. Never disappoints.
Amazing as always. Food perfect. Such a buzzy place.
Quality food and time. Would definitely recommend.
Delicious food, well-served, intriguing taste. Highly professional service and beautiful ambient.
Not as busy as usual, being a Sunday evening but great atmosphere, as usual. Staff, from reception to barman, service staff and floor manager all friendly and invested in making sure my wife and I had a great evening. We don't visit London that often, but no wonder we nearly always try to include Hakkasan in our itinary when we do.
Food was very good expensive but good and the service was ok.
Service left a lot to be desired!
It took over an hour from arriving at Hakkasan to receiving a menu - we were not advised how many dishes to order for two people nor were we offered water. From start to finish service was disappointing.
The food was at best average, with some dishes tasting like an overpriced Chinese takeaway. Chilean Sea Bass was the best dish with the squid being by far the worst. Doesn’t compare with over restaurants of a similar profile in London. The bill came to £220 which, for the food, was not good value for money at all.
Overall, I would not recommend.
Recognized as a restaurant with high quality. They did mess up the vintage on wines at last visit that was really disappointing.
The food was, aside from the dessert, excellent and couldn’t really be faulted. The noise and vibe of the restaurant as you walk in is more akin to a nightclub but it didn’t interrupt our enjoyment of the evening.
The one downer was the service - one of our waiters was quite rude and arrogant and a number of the staff generally carried this indifferent, arrogant air about them. When I asked if they could put the truffle to one side as I didn’t like it, I was told flat out no as it is ‘chef’s right’. This was only rectified after the arrogant waiter walked off and realised he hadn’t handled the situation correctly.
Given how much you pay for the experience, I would suggest the restaurant look at this.
Otherwise, the food remained excellent (except dessert, which was average).
Food was OK, although the signature Peking Duck, was outstanding. Service was far too full of itself. Extremely noisy with repetitive music. OK it was a Saturday night, but this is a restaurant that loves itself more than it loves its customers.
Good main and nice vibe but very poor service
Good food / bad service. Threw my napkin down on me and everything appeared to be an inconvenience.
