   Our waiter, Dan, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant. We sat outside and enjoyed the weather. It was very enjoyable people watching. Would certainly return.

   Waited over for 15 minutes before anyone noticed us sitting at our table. We had to notify the hostess who sat us down that we had no one for service. Not many people there. Overall our least favorite place to eat on Key west. Our drinks were watered down so much they looked like water. Positives …. It does have a lively location and fun to watch the busy streets our server once she was told we were over there was very nice and attentive. It was an off night for them I am sure.

   One person requested slides done well, they were same as four others at table which saw medium, very pink. Waiter did not come back around to ask how food was. Second round of drinks took forever and people with tea and soda did not get refills. There were nine of us we were never asked about how to manage bill, when it came we were told could not pay separately.

   We were in Key West for the weekend and made reservations. Everything started out OK. We placed our drink, appetizer, dinner orders. We finished our appetizers and still no drinks. Said something to the server. Bartender came out and shared with us that the ticket had been lost. I appreciate the apology, but two of the drinks were horrible. The appetizers were good. Unfortunately, the steak fajitas were not a good quality steak. Received one strip of fish in each fish taco. Server was super busy and mentioned they are short staffed. She also mentioned they would be buying our drinks. Finished up our meal and had to wait to get our checks, only find out they had only taken one drink off of each check. Had to get the server again to get it fixed and asked for a manager to come out. Server came out again with an additional discount that still was not accurate and never saw a manager. Very poorly ran place. When I waited tables, you didn’t wait to check on your drinks and if you needed, ask the manager or someone else to help you. A good manager would see that you need help . If there was a major issue at a table, the manager always came out. Really disappointed in our experience.

    Such a fun place to visit. Love the music and the staff. The food and drinks can be easily enjoyed while enjoying the beautiful view from the outside deck. We will be back before we head back home. Thank you!

    Dinner was good. The Cuban food was tasty and reasonably priced. Was nice to enjoy the music and be out of the heat. The waitress was responsive to our needs.

    Good food. Didn't care for where our table was located. We were in an almost closed booth. The outside dining would have been preferred. It is what caused us to stop. I realize everyone can't sit outside, but I would have loved the option.

    We went the week between Xmas and new years. Typically a very busy time in Key West. Was able to get an outside table so we could people watch, had our favorite waiter jordan, and got some pretty decent food and drinks. Hard Rock Cafe is really an underrated value for a restaurant located right on Duval street. It is half the cost of some the nearby places and they have decent food. We end up there at least once every time we hit the keys.

    Waiter could NOT understand us. He didn’t have any experience when he asked one of us how did he want ribs cooked! Medium? Never asked if we wanted anything. A nice young woman took care for him. Lousy beginning. It wasn’t busy, don’t send out your bartender who doesn’t understand English. We were very patient and nice.

    We have eaten here before and loved it but this time was VERY different! Service was horrible, most of the food brought to our table was wrong (not what we ordered), our waitress did not check on us at all for refills or to even make sure the food was correct. Definitely a much different experience than we’ve ever had in the past so we were trying to be understanding and patient but it was difficult as they really weren’t busy at the time we were there.

    Had the ribs. If you are going to talk highly about BBQ, you need to improve the ribs. Not falling off the bone and not very tender. You can do better.

    Great meal today. Nicole, Amber, and Kelly were so pleasant in the dining area. The memorabilia was so cool to see. This place is a museum as well. Kim was sweet in the souvenir store. We will be back for a meal and shopping again. Thank you for a great experience!

    Nice Hard Rock, cool stuff on the walls, very nice staff. I though I lost my phone, (turns out I did not) The staff really looked and tried to find it instead of just saying nope.
