   Hostess Celeste greets with a genuine and warm welcome. I am hopeful to see her every visit! Celeste is absolutely the BEST!! JPs is fortunate to have her as staff.

   Breakfast- Omelet was a little dry and flat. Needed moisture and fluffiness. Chicken was a little over cooked but still juicy. Just minor cooking issues. Other than that it was great.

    The breakfast buffet was wonderful! Food was fresh, the scrambled eggs were spectacular and the fresh orange juice was on point. The only thing I would suggest is for brunch beverages to be offered. A nice Mimosa would have elevated our dining experience, but overall, I’d definitely have breakfast again at this establishment.

    Had a reservation, arrived early just to check in for breakfast but was told to wait half an hour past my reservation time for “turn over” service only to be told they wouldn’t be serving breakfast anymore. It was 10:30am and I was given the lunch menu. When I asked if it was possible for the kitchen to do French toast I was told they wouldn’t be accommodating breakfast type meals. The last thing I felt like at 10:30am was a pizza, burger, salad or soup. Poor show

    Took my wife for what was supposed to be a New Year Day brunch. Got there at 12:30 and they were still serving breakfast and not lunch/brunch like their menu says they do. That waitress had no idea if they would be serving lunch and said it was breakfast they were going to be serving. She suggested that we go to brunch at the Marriott....?? Ended up leaving and I'm glad because I saw they had a 90 rating. Went to Mimosa Grill instead and had a great brunch.

    Was over 40 mintues to get drink and water. Resturant was not busy but had to stop waitress 3 times to ask to take order and she continuously told us to wait. Once ordered , was over 45 minutes for breakfast food to be delivered and was still missing items. Had to ask another waitress for the toast. Bloody Mary was simply V8 juice with vodka. Overall, very poor experience. Would recommend you find somewhere else to dine

    We happened to come at a time when the restaurant was empty as a large crowd had left shortly before for a major, local sporting event. Food was very good and portions generous. Fish tacos could have used some kind of sauce on the side that had a "kick" but quality and presentation of everything was good. Lighting is a bit dim and cold.

    Only option was a breakfast buffet; would have appreciated a notification when reservations were made. Low sanitation score (90)for a restaurant that charges $26 for breakfast.

    I made a reservation and arrived on time. I was seated in a timely manner, however I was not waited on for at least 10-15 minutes. I then did not recieve my food in a timely manner either. I ended up needing to get the food to go and did not get to eat it at the restaurant. The bacon was also too done. I was unimpressed.

    Despite the fact that the restaurant was located in a hotel, the food was some of the best we’ve had in Charlotte. The service was okay, but we will definitely be back to try more items on the menu.

    The food was very small portions and for the price you didn’t even get a salad or soup. I got the filet and it was very dry and had no flavor at all. For the side , I got 4 pieces of asparagus and two carrots. It also came with a crab cake that was about the size of a silver dollar. For the price, I will not be going back.

    We ate at JP on Friday and were very pleased. The food was very good and the staff was great. It was extremely convenient since we stayed at the Westin. No issue recommending it.

    Very elegant when first walking in with comfy seats. Food was great the only complaint was it took a little longer than expected for our main course to come out luckily we had an app that held us till the meal came.

    I ordered the salmon over vegetables with a chipotle sauce from their healthy menu—it was really a memorable meal! I also had a glass of wine. Salmon was cooked to perfection, vegetables were slightly crunchy (not over cooked!) and sauce drizzled on top was slightly spicy & smoky. Waitress was very pleasant as well!

    I has reservations for two Saturday January 11th at 6PM for dinner before the Charlotte Symphony at 7:30PM. The reservation was confirmed on Friday January 10th. When we arrived, we found out the restaurant was closed. The front desk of the Westin Hotel said the restaurant was closed due to "low volume" at the hotel. So we had to scramble to find another place to eat dinner without a reservation.

    We had a reservation for 8pm but were told we had to wait because the chef was backed up. We asked to be seated anyway (more comfortable to sit while waiting) but we didn't expect to eat right away. We waited for 20 minutes and finally flagged down a waiter for some water in our empty water glasses. The service continued in that vein, not just for us but for the family seated beside us. They were finally served after asking to speak to the manager. The food was good, but I will NEVER go back.

    Our visit was during the New Year holiday and Belk Bowl so the hotel was busy. We decided to eat at JP Charlotte on New Year's Eve. The food was delicious and the four of us enjoyed our meals very much.
