    La carta era un poco lío. Nos costó entender y saber que queríamos. La calidad de la comida buena, compartimos entre dos. El sitio es algo viejo pero el servicio es bueno. Si queréis salir del paso bien pero no es nada espectacular

    We asked to be moved because the section was warm and had direct sunlight. The host wasn’t happy with moving us. He got our check wrong (quickly fixed it) and disappeared for long periods of time. Finally, the DJ was WAY too loud. The place wasn’t even 25% full and the music volume made conversation difficult. I don’t know who he was playing the type and volume for, but it wasn’t the patrons. Food was ok. $17 for 6 pot stickers is very expensive. All of the starters were the cost of what should be an entree.

    Food was great but service was unbelievably slow. I don’t think it was the server’s fault; they seemed short staffed. Don’t go here unless you’re not on any kind of schedule.

    Food was really good. As far as service, she started of really good and attentive. Once we got our food, we barely seen our server. We waited about a half hour from the time we were done our food to when she finally came to the table and asked us how we wanted our check. When we said we would like dessert, she looked annoyed and ask us what we wanted for dessert. I also asked for boxes. It took another half hour for our desserts and boxes to come out. Please note that it wasn't busy at all in the restaurant when we sat down. She waited on about 3 tables the whole time we were there. We were a table of 5... There was only one large party that was being served by another waitress. It another 20 minutes to get boxes for the desserts and process the check. The whole experience would have gone a lot smoother if the waitress was more attentive by just looking over at our table to check in instead of standing in the kitchen area looking down the whole time. We could see her from where we were sitting, but she was unable to hear us when we called. Her co-workers managing tables in the front section of the restaurant also grabbed the stacked plates that we piled up to make room for the desserts. Overall service was horrible... Next time we are in the area, we'll just order take out.

    They didn't have a few things we wanted to order like the meatballs or sake bombs so I was a tad dissapointed but the food I did get was very good unfortunately my boyfriends steak was over cooked but I didn't have any complaints with mine. I made reservations for Father's day and would have preferred to sit inside rather than the open seating but it was still a good experience

    We both ordered filet mignon medium. My wife ordered a salad and I ordered a Sunset Roll. My wife never received her salad, I got my roll which was delicious but had no chop sticks or soy sauce. Most of my wife’s filet was medium but a portion was raw. My filet was raw. Both of our miso mashed potatoes were cold. I sent my filet back and the retired the same meat I sent back. It came back out raw again, just charred on the outside. The manager did talk with us and greatly discount the bill. He shared that the executive chef left a month ago and they are onboarding new people. They obviously need more training. They did give us a complimentary dessert, rum cake which was good. May wait a bit before we go back, waiting for some more training.

    We dined at an almost empty Kona Grill in downtown Baltimore, just steps from the inner Harbor. The menu is heavy on the Sushi side, but with enough other offerings of hot food to choose from. Our waitress was helpful letting us know which menu items were very spicy/hot. The food was well prepared and came out of the kitchen at good pace.

    Unfortunately Kona wasn’t able to handle the crowds from the Paul McCartney concert that night and we were told there would be a 90 minute wait beyond our reservation time so we didn’t eat there. I get it but had wished they were more prepared.

    We aren’t big complainers but have to say it was an unsatisfactory experience, mainly because the service was exceedingly slow, to the point we had to cancel my husband’s meal because it hadn’t arrived by the time I had finished mine, and after 2:00 hrs at the restaurant, we had an event to attend. We were seated on time for our reservation. Then it took 15 min for my husband’s beer to arrive. My wine took 30 minutes. Neither were the brand we had ordered. The beer was replaced shortly thereafter, the wine took 15 more minutes. Waitress explained there was no one at the drink station as reason for delay. My sushi with salad came out about 10-15 minutes after ordering (had to wait for first drink delivery to place our order), but 30 minutes later my husband’s hadn’t arrived. Neither did the second beer he had ordered. Waitress finally came by to say the sushi meals came out quicker than the pasta meals (30 minutes later?). That it should be out shortly. Since at this point we didn’t trust what “shortly” meant, and we needed to be at our event in 15 min, we cut our losses and paid for what we did consume. We should have had plenty of time to order and eat. Got the sense it was more of a systemic issue than a waitress one. But while friendly, she didn’t seem highly trained either to handle the situation. The excuses were kind of lame. Could chalk up to a busy day, but given their location by convention center, Camden Yards and the Aquarium, I have to imagine they are used to these kind of days. I couldn’t gauge because there seemed to be a lot of staff, but maybe were understaffed for a busy weekend evening.

    We visited tonight for the first time, thinking we were bringing my mom to a classy place (judging from the menu options). What an experience…. Not in a good way. To begin with, I added we were coming to celebrate my mom’s birthday. We were a party of six. They had a round table in the corner, with crappy chairs. So I asked for two of the square tables with better chairs since we had our 71 year old mother with us. The hostess was kind and quickly put the tables together. So we moved to the new tables and got settled. Our server came over and brought us 6 waters and was very attentive most of the evening. That’s the best thing I can say about the evening. We asked about the “date night” option, she wasn’t sure when it started. We asked about happy hour specials, she wasn’t sure which wines they actually had, “because not a lot of people order wine there.” We got some wine, and other drinks and they were fine. Then we ordered… a couple appetizers (I told her I had a coupon for a free appetizer. We were eating a little early, so we got happy hour deals but date night deals didn’t start til 6. So we ordered off the regular menu. I ordered pot stickers for our free appetizer and our guests got the ribeye meatballs. Most of us got steak, one person got pad Thai and one got the macadamia chicken. It took like 30 minutes for our appetizers to come out. And my appetizer had 3 pot stickers. I was so confused why they would only give you 3 for $12!! Anyway, our server didn’t come check on us til the entrees came… no plates brought for the meatballs. But hey, our entrees came about 4 minutes after the appetizers…🙄🙄 Well… 5 of our entrees came. My order was wrong, with the veg I ordered missing completely. The server said she almost died eating the pad Thai, and went into great detail of the experience. 🤢 The kitchen manager had to throw one of the cooks out… dinner with a show! 🙄 Terrible experience. We will not be back. Very disappointed.

    I was very disappointed with this restaurant. We were seated and no one came to our table. I watched a waitress walk by several times but she did not say anything nor did she approach the table. When she was pouring water at the table next to mine, I said excuse me but are you my waitress. She then gave me a horrible look and said she'd be there soon. At this time the host who seated us was in the dining room so, I gestured to him. I told him that it was 10 minutes and no one had come to our table. I asked if he knew who was our server. At that point the woman who gave me the face approached. Her face was still twisted and she looked annoyed. She then proceeded to tell me that I was rude. She said that by asking her if she was my waitress, I disturbed her customers. At first, I thought she was joking but she was serious. Passing my table several times without speaking or telling me that she would be with me soon was acceptable. But me asking while she was pouring water was rude? She repeatedly said that I was rude. At this point I was ready to leave but my godson who was celebrating his college graduation really wanted to stay. I then told the waitress that she did not have to serve me and I asked for a different server. Even with the switching of the server the service was poor. Our plates were never cleared, after receiving the food, no follow-up and my godson had to go and find the server for our check. The results were the same with paying. This was my first and last time going to Kona Grill. It was not even crowded! There were numerous empty tables all around us.

    My family came to Kona grill to celebrate my daughter‘s graduation. Setting up a reservation online was very easy and they accommodated us when we arrived a little earlier than 2pm . The restaurant was pretty empty however the largest table for five or six was very close to the kitchen so it was a bit noisy. Everyone enjoyed their food and appetizers: avocado egg rolls, chicken satay with PB sauce, macadamias not chicken /mashed potatoes /broccoli I, bbq chicken flatbread, sweet glazed salmon , and chicken pad Thai. The waiter (Troy) was very helpful, however was a bit strange at the end of our meal ,since he was just standing like a statue (LOL) perhaps waiting to get the signed check? Thank you for a nice lunch celebration! Pretty expensive to park, even though the restaurant validates $13 to park for 2 hours. 😂 I guess that’s Baltimore 🎉

    I had a full week of violent stomach virus after eating here. Horrific, plates were dirty, forks unwashed. Save yourself some pain and suffering and skip this spot.

    Took 30 mins to get a waitress once seated , 30 mins extra for drinks, steak was not good has to send it back twice only apologized but still charged even though third time it was well done NOT MEDIUM! Waitress lied said there is no mash potatoes so provided me French fries then another waitress is taking mash potatoes to another table smh - it was Mother’s Day n I wish I went somewhere else for dinner

    Hostesses on phone and not greeting customers, server made no eye contact, no silverware after multiple requests, wrong food came out three times, medium rare steak requested and then cooked to the core. I have never seen such a lack of service oriented people operating in an environment where it is most needed.

    Went in with my mother in-law to be and my fiancé. Was seated 30 min late when we had a reservation then it took another 2hours 30min for our steak and that’s only when I went to the front desk to tell them we didn’t have our food so the host herself went to the kitchen to bring it. It’s an open area so we could see her. The foos has been sitting there for a while so it was somewhat not as hot as it was supposed to be. She then went back to her post I guess. We waited for the chicken order for 17 more minutes after the steak and it never showed up. Mind u, that last order was for my mother in law so we were still waiting to eat together. Another thing was that, I ordered a white sweet wine for my in-law to be and had to remind our waitress after 28 minutes after being seated because she had forgotten that order. She then brings it in a jar with a champagne glass and sits it on the table without a word just runs off again. We had to wait another 15 mins for her to pass close by to call her and ask if that drink she brought was the moscato or if it was a champagne since she had 2 other champagne glasses in her hand when she dropped off our drink. (I was thinking she could have forgotten so brought champagne instead.) So I told her we had not touched the drink because we weren’t sure if she brought the right wine because it came with a champagne glass instead then she goes “ I didn’t know it matters what glass a wine goes into or what glass is used.” I was shocked because I thought that’s one thing that at least would be thought I’d u worked in a restaurant like that. And all this drama happened while we were waiting for our food that the third 1 never come out. We were seated at 7:31 pm with a and left there at 9:47pm with no food. Very disappointing. Will never go there again or recommend it to anyone.

    I really can't rate the food because we didn't stay. We had a reservation for 4, at 6:30 on Mother's Day. We were seated as soon as we got there, but in the outside section with the bar. They said nothing else was available for a other hour or more, so we took the table. The first thing the waiter said was, "I'm telling you now it's a 45 min wait on food." We asked if they had sweet tea and the guy said yes and came back with regular tea. His underwear were showing out the top of his uniform pants, and that was enough for me. The music was so loud that the server couldn't hear us and vice versa. We had to talk loud to hear each other. Basically we weren't feeling it, so I walked to get the car and went to another place. Luckily I recovered and found Mother's Day Dinner.

    Arrived at 4:50 pm for a 5pm reservation and was told there would be a one hour wait because the kitchen was backed up. Got a seat at the bar and planned to order dinner. After about 15 minutes, I asked a hostess if I could still get credit for my Open Table reservation and she said she could seat me at a table tight away. The restaurant was obviously understaffed, with wait staff busing tables and sweeping floors. Under the circumstances, staff members were very congenial.

    Very unorganized they forgot half of our food; food came out in the wrong order after waiting over an hour to get food; the only good thing about the experience is the bartender was excellent!!

    We arrived at our scheduled time only to receive drinks in one and a half hours time. There were many people who arrived after us that were practically done their food. Our waitress was very difficult to locate and the manager (when he finally came to the table after asking for him several times) didn't even want to listen to our concerns. Finally, my wife and I decided to just leave and get something else to eat. I wish my wife was able to enjoy Mother's Day.
