Great View of the Atlantic & Excellent Food! The escargot & bruschetta were awesome as appetizers! Hogfish was fresh & well prepared. The Classic Martini (with stuffed olives) was expensive, but, excellent! Waiter was a bit slow & inattentive, but not unacceptable. We will return!

Mel was our server. It took way too long to get water and drinks. She never brought bread but we asked a gentleman who brought it quickly. Loved the food - we would return but have a lower expectation for service. Should note - we asked for a window seat which was refused and stayed empty for the entirety of our meal. Told it was for a reservation - which we had!!!!

La Trattoria Oceanside has been a favorite restaurant of ours for many years. The terrific staff welcomes you to a lovely restaurant with a great ambiance and fantastic view. The menu.....everything I have ever ordered has become my new favorite! The martini menu is beyond fun and delicious! And, to top off the meal, the dessert offerings cover a taste for everyone. Whether you have a special occasion or just in the mood for a very nice meal out....you cannot go wrong with La Trattoria Oceanside!

Even thought I reserved many weeks in advance when we arrived there were 2 other tables occupied we were given a table away from the window when I asked to sit at a window table I was told they were reserved so I inquired as to how to reserved a window table I was told I needed to call and request 2 or 3 days prior!! Absurd I was smart enough to reserve well in advance and someone who called 2 days before got the better table. The food was fantastic the service just above mediocre but the treatment regarding the table was terrible, we had planned on going a second and third time since we are here for a month this treatment changed our mind to not return, shame host and management we come year after year and because of the poor host we won’t return. Shame great food childish host & manager!!

Always one of our go-to for quality Italian themed dishes. Perfect Caeser chopped smaller than I remember rolled in plenty of lemon, opted for the marinated white Anchovies; yum. Had a special; 4 large scallops nicely seared not overcooked with a Parmesan risotto that stood the test of time, tangy, cream, very nice. Also we had linguini with Gorgonzola. Usually is it gnocchi with Gorgonzola but we made the switch and were delighted. It was just the right amount of sauce. Note: lately we have been noticing the 'too much salt' trend in many establishments, happy to report the chef and team here kept most of the salt in the shaker and allowed a clean flavor to emerge. We were thankful for that. We are aware that salt helps balance some flavors and we are not snobs about it, Don't miss this place, we always sit inside in the upper section for a super view of the water.

La Trattoria Oceanside never ceases to amaze us! This is one of our favorite restaurants in Key West. Everything about this culinary destination is wonderful....the people, the food (amazing dishes - pasta / beef / chicken / seafood / DRINKS - great martinis) and the lovely dining atmosphere with a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean. The only downside is the noise level. The acoustics, especially when the restaurant is full, make it difficult to have a conversation at your table. It isn't impossible, but people talk louder to talk over the conversation of the tables around them. This culminates in a constant noise level with which your table will compete. Do not hesitate to reserve an evening for dinner at La Trattoria Oceanside. You will not be disappointed!

What a great fine dining restaurant! We had the caprese salad, spaghetti bolognese, ravioli trattoria, and creme brûlée. Everything was done nicely & my wife raved about the ravioli. The bolognese was less balanced for my taste. A little heavy on the sausage. Still really good, but not what I expected. Best cream brûlée I’ve had in a very long time. And I had an great espresso martini! The service was outstanding and the restaurant has nice ambiance with a great view. Exceptional experience.

Service needs improvements. Room was very cold. Food was just average. Had to wait long periods of time for the server to return to our table and she was always in a rush to leave before we could finish our questions.

There was no changing table in the bathroom so we had to change our 10 month old in the back of the car. Very inconvenient and of course had to do it right as our food arrived.

We had an amazing meal tonight. Every dish was perfect, and the salads were fresh and crisp. Waitstaff was amazing! If this was not our last night in Key West, we would be back again another night for sure! See you next year…can’t wait!

Awesome food- again! Only thing not right was the extremely LOUD 6 top beside us. I think they were from Michigan. We usually sit down below by the windows- note to self. I love this restaurant more than any other. And I’ve been to many in key west. Thanks for a delicious evening!

We struggled with our AC units for quite some time and recently had them all replaced, so I am happy to know they are working! With such a large building, it is often difficult to adjust the AC to find a happy spot for everyone :( Our glass windows create a warmer climate in the front so adjusting the AC a few degrees makes a big difference in that area. If you are cold in the future, please don't hesitate to ask if you can be moved :) Thank you!

My husband and I were in last night for dinner, we were sat inside which had great view of the water especially during sunset. Tiffany was our server and she was fantastic, very friendly and attentive and gave great recommendations. I had the fish special which was a hogfish and shrimp in a cream sauce over pasta and it was one of the best seafood dishes I’ve had in a long time, also the tiramisu and crème brûlée are amazing. The staff are all incredibly friendly and the service is always fantastic, definitely will be back and highly recommend.
