We first dined at Margans when the restaurant was newly opened 20 years ago and we’ve managed a visit every once in a while for special occasions ever since then. Let me say the three staff we interacted with (front of house (Dana?), food (Christina), wine (Jay?) were professional and engaging & really helped make our experience thoroughly enjoyable. Congratulations to everyone involved in delivering the beautifully crafted food, much of which is grown in their garden. The menu is not extensive but it’s seasonal and what is featured is well considered. We shared a dessert after our entrees (squid was next level and vol au vent featuring freshly harvested asparagus wa delicious) and mains (duck and snapper both wonderful) and felt nicely satisfied by the end. Margans delivers a food experience that clearly involves a considerable team who are obviously passionate about their work. And the wine! Always delicious and never disappoints. Thank you for another memorable experience.

The food was amazing. Every course was delicious and beautifully presented. The desserts were so pretty. The service was exceptional and the staff were so pleasant. It was one of the best meals l have had.

It was an absolute pleasure to have High Tea at Voco Curtain. It was beautiful food, the staff were amazing and the outlook is stunning. Highly recommend.

The food was delicious! We had the mid week special, $45 pp for bread, main course and a glass of wine/beer and it was great value. The duck pasta was fabulous, plenty of duck meat and the mafaldine pasta was lovely. The steak was very tasty and cooked perfectly. A great experience!

Superb !! The ambience, excellent.. The cuisine and wines, impeccable.. The staff, amazing. Couldn't fault anything (and that's rare for me.)
