Welcome to The Tarratine. We focus on providing an elegant yet approachable experience for our community. Created with skill and passion, the menu features an exciting array of seafood, streak, and signature items from our Executive Chef and his culinary team. This is within our historic gentlemen's social club, built-in 1907. Our spacious venue allows for individual experiences in various spaces, including our rooftop terrace. The Tarratine provides a variety of spirits, cocktails, local brews on tap, and an approachable wine list. Parties of 12 - 18 guests will be offered a reduced restaurant menu.Parties with 19+ guests, please call us at 207-992-4090, and someone will love to talk to you about your special night.We allow you to bring in a cake from state-licensed bakeries; a $5 per person cutting fee will be added to the final bill.Due to the historic nature of the building, our upper levels are not handicap accessible.

A friendly gathering spot named after my grandfather, pepper martin. He loved socializing with friends and family over smoked fish and his own brew. We serve a collection of Maine favorites! Flavorsome, generously portioned food. Natively sourced, and always fresh. Seafood is our specialty. It was pepper's favorite too!

    Delicious food with a great variety of menu options. My favorites are the tikka masala and curry dishes. Generous but not ridiculously large serving sizes. Many vegan and gluten free choices. Warm and inviting atmosphere. Diners can choose the heat level of menu items on a 1-10 scale. Helpful and pleasant staff. Ample parking. I’d go every week!

    We had a lovely dinner at the Tarratine Club. The waiter, Hudson, was so nice and accommodating.  The food was exceptional, from the steak to the  scallop dinner. The food is always consistently wonderful. We will be back!

    Very good discovery in Bangor. We order Pizzas, Chicago style was amazing, and Fish and chips that my eldest son loved it. The service was great. Very good value for money in a very informal fancy American style place. Will come back.

    We traveled over five hours from Massachusetts to check out a local college and stayed overnight in Bangor. My nephew loves BWW and it was a great time to relax with him after a long day. The food was perfect and the wait staff was great. Highly recommended
