Le Bouchon Brasserie & Hotel es un edificio de estilo georgiano de 300 años de antigüedad catalogado como grado II (En el Reino Unido los edificios de interés histórico o arquitectónico se enlistan de acuerdo al tipo de edificio. Los grado II son edificios particularmente importantes que despiertan un interés especial). El lugar ha sido objeto de un programa extensivo de decoración para restaurar el edificio a su antigua gloria. El periodo de renovación se utilizó para combinar algunas características de la época original de la construcción con muebles y decoración de estilo clásico que complementa la esencia original de la edificación. Le Bouchon Brasserie ofrece una mezcla de gastronomía francesa y británica en un entorno íntimo y relajado. Los comensales pueden disfrutar de platillos elegidos a la carta o escoger entre la amplia selección de menús establecidos en diferentes momentos de la semana.     Although not living locally, we frequently visit the Angel for lunch when visiting relatives who live in the area. The team are friendly and attentive, the food is excellent and the menu is varied.
