The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW licensed training restaurant demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students. The students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within the restaurant environment. We are open on Mondays and Thursdays for dinner, with lunches on Wednesdays and Thursdays. We do not allow BYO due to our extensive wine list* at select service periods. All dietary requirements must be advised through your OpenTable platform booking in advance. Meals will be served alternate drop - meaning you will not have a choice from the menu. Lunches and dinners are $30 per person, excluding beverages, and High Tea is $45 per person.
