Rí Rá is located in an historic bank building, designed by Boston based Harper & West, that was completed in 1931. The pub opened for the first time in March 1999, and was extended in 2002 with the addition of the Library area. In February 2012, The Whiskey Room opened its doors. As you enter Rí Rá, you can imagine yourself walking through a door that leads you across the pond to experience the best pubs of Ireland. The pub interiors were salvaged and restored in Ireland prior to being shipped to Vermont. We are proud to showcase a unique and genuine Irish pub in the heart of Burlington.

Summit and Spice Restaurant (at NewVida Preserve) is located in the re-imagined former Paleface Ski Mountain Lodge and now the largest resort in the Adirondacks at 2000 acres. The restaurant is open Thursday through Sunday evenings from 5pm to 9pm. Come in early and enjoy a drink at our handmade craft bar, lined with skis from the Preserve’s former life as a ski resort or take a stroll after dinner around our romantic pond & dock. Reservations are preferred, but walk-ins are always welcome.

    The whole experience was excellent. The food's presentation, flavor and variety was equivalent to a NYC Michelin Rated restaurant with one exception - Chef Monette's portions were significantly larger, very reasonably priced and sourced from local farm to table. If you are a foody, we would highly recommend enjoying this new local restaurant in St. Albans, VT. PS - Leave room for the desserts - a specialty for them.

    Everything about our dinner was outstanding. Ambiance was lovely without being pretentious. Servers were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Martini was spot on. Focaccia bread and herb butter were so yummy we ordered seconds. Salad was very good. Grilled vegetables were out of this world. Steak tartare was well presented. And German chocolate tart was delicious. The best meal we’ve had in a very long time. Chef is creative with his choice of flavors, and it is truly and experience for your tastebuds. Only wish we lived close by to come here as regulars! A true gem of a culinary experience.
