We love Pilu - our favourite restaurant on the Northern Beaches. The food is always the freshest using beautiful ingredients cooked in a way that is signature Pilu with Sardinian flair. Plus the staff are true professionals - they know how to perform their roles with exemplary knowledge of food and wine but with no pretentiousness. I always feel like if I closed my eyes I’d be back in Italy except it’s better because it’s right on Freshwater Beach.

Hi guys! Don't know if you'll see this but just wanted to reach out and say I booked in a date night for me and my girlfriend in your manly location and we were greeted with the kindest and funniest staff I have ever met. I booked for the longer meal but due to the fast turn over it was missed, it was meant to be a surprise for my girlfriend but i didnt want to chase it because it was busy, they apologised and tried to make it right with a free drink but I did not want the free drink because the staff had delivered such an amazing night that I didnt want the set menu the way they treated us was nothing short of perfect. I sadly didnt catch their names but it was a Austrian man with a cool mustache and a british guy with a great beard, they had us laughing and enjoying ourselves the whole evening. I cannot speak highly enough of these people they made our evening perfect and we both left agreeing this was the best date we have ever been on and we have the staff to thank for it.
