Wayfinder Winery & Farm is a regenerative winery and farm in the heart of Margaret River, seven kilometres from the Indian Ocean. Designed by Kerry Hill Architects, the winery is built into a former turkey-nest dam, giving it natural thermal stability. It's gravity-fed, solar-powered and fully off-grid. Executive Chef Brendan Pratt, formerly of Vasse Felix and The Fat Duck, leads a seasonal, garden-led menu drawn from the on-site market garden, matched to the full Wayfinder and Swell Season ranges by the glass or bottle. The vines are certified organic, 37 hectares farmed without synthetic sprays. Five minutes from Cowaramup township and twenty from Margaret River, you can taste among the vines, wander the market garden and take in works by Lindy Lee, Tjawina Porter and Lajos Varga throughout the space.     Lovely dining experience, the food is spectacular and never disappoints! The wine compliments it perfectly We had the kingfish ceviche, calamari cannoli and mushroom eggplant mochi. Most of us had fish of the day, gold band snapper which was delicious and the lamb rump Dessert next time as we were too full!
