Chef Yuta Okano trained in Italy for 4 years, mastering its traditional cuisine and giving it a unique sensibility that makes the most of quality Japanese ingredients and modern cooking methods to produce food that is as pleasing to the eye as it is to the palate. 
Teatorino’s set menus consist of up to 10 courses, beginning with amuse-bouches such as mascarpone and pistachio cannoli, followed by entrées including seafood soup, horse meat tartare with polenta and farfalle tossed with shrimp.

It is a solitaly house restaurant filled with a relaxed atmosphere, like a small resort hotel in South France. In 1982, a small restaurant with only 24 seats were found in one corner of Nishi Azabu. The restaurant "Hiramatsu-tei" was our origin, and was always filled with smiling faces of customers.In such a memorable place of us, Nishi Azabu, "Restaurant Hiramatsu la Réserve” was founded. The name of the restaurant contains our wish to be the place prepared for your special day - to make our special place become your special place.
