A Classic French Bistro in the heart of Edison Park has been a dream of Executive Chef and owner Joe Calabrese for several years. Joe was professionally trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America located in Hyde Park, New York.     We had a wonderful dinner! Two friends catching up. Roberto was our server, very attentive but not overbearing. Cadillac margarita, chips and guacamole, burrito and fajitas were outstanding and beautifully presented. Best Mexican restaurant in the area - dine in or carry out! Plenty of parking including the underground lot.

    Excellent overall experience! I wish it didn't take me so long to try out Mughal! Park Ridge is lucky to have such a great Indian restaurant in the center of town. I look forward to my next visit.
