Bistro Casanova offers Mediterranean fare, its roots coming from the Cinque Terre in Italy where the owner comes from. Its menu reaches some classic of the European cuisine: Paella for two, Cioppino, Focaccias, Grigliata plates of grilled meat or fish large enough to share, prime cuts of steaks are between the favorites, next to an excellent selection of pastas and fresh salads. Locally grown ingredients are used extensively, as well as the freshest fish from Maui's ocean. The restaurant is located at The King Kamehameha Golf Club, Maui's premier private golf club, overlooking the 18th green and its waterfall which gives it its name. "Wai Kahe" in Hawaiian means “flowing water.” The restaurant highlights some of Frank Lloyd Wright’s architecture with it’s circular design and art deco style.
