We are a sake-focused dining experience featuring a seasonal tasting menu designed to pair with sake brewed on site. “Engawa” is a traditional Japanese word for the wooden outside porch of a home, a place where neighbors gather and relax together. Our dining room reflects that spirit—casual, welcoming, and centered around sharing sake. Our menu is designed so each dish complements the flavors of the sake produced in our brewery. Because the experience centers on sake, courses are intentionally paced so guests can enjoy both food and sake together. Dinner typically takes about 90 minutes.
