Restaurant Torre is located on the sixth floor of the new tower at Fondazione Prada’s Milan venue, designed by Rem Koolhaas with Chris van Duijn and Federico Pompignoli from architecture firm OMA.It appears, according to Koolhaas’s definition, as “a collage of pre-existing themes and elements”, combining works of art and design furniture. The restaurant is divided into two parts: the bar and the restaurant. The two spaces are characterized by a contrast between the large floor-to-ceiling windows, which offer an unprecedented view of the city of Milan, and the warm tones of the parquet, of the walnut carpentry work and the hemp panels that cover the walls.Torre’s menu is authentically Italian and draws on the best regional traditions, while the desserts offer a range of the great classics of Italian patisserie. A prestigious selection of wines from Italian and international labels completes the offer.

    Fue una hermosa experiencia, desde el minuto cero nos trataron muy bien, muy amable. Desde darnos la bienvenida, darnos de probar un cafe hecho un barril de whisky (una bebida diferente y unica) despues nos contaron la historia y nos contaron como fue pensando y diseñado cada lugar del lugar. Para terminar con una demostracion y degustación de café especial que solo es hecho en esa ciudad. Gisella dio un hermoso tour y sabia mucho sobre la historia. Fue una de las primeras en trabajar en la reserve.

    La mejor pasta amatriciana que probé en mi vida La vista increíble Muy cómodo que además de varios menú degustación tienen la opción de carta. Ojalá todos los Estrella Michelin tuvieran estas opciones cuando quieres probar especialidades a tu gusto . Excelente !!!!
