The menu includes dishes that go beyond the basics. Scrambled eggs with mushrooms really featured the mushrooms to good effect. French fries are fresh cut potatoes. Definitely worth a return.

Pepper’s Landing was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Reserved for 6:15 but got there at 6:00. Seated immediately at a table overlooking the waterfront. Gabe, our fabulous server was friendly, attentive & efficient. Orono Tubular IPA was the best IPA I’ve tasted in years. The Lobster Stew was to die for. I used the delicious yeast roll to clean the bowl. My spouse ordered Fisherman’s Feast: breaded Calamari & breaded shrimp with a side of sweet potato fries & was overwhelmed. The leftover take home box must have weighed 5 pounds! I wish we lived in Old Town so we could eat at Pepper’s Landing every day!

A lovely dinner in all regards. Our server, Emily, was knowledgeable and helpful and just the right amount of attentive. Chef Lulu stopped by toward the end of the evening and we had a lovely chat...she's a warm and creative person who clearly loves what she does, and it shows. Each course was more special than the previous...the presentation was beautiful and the flavors outstanding. Being admitted "foodies", we commented all the way home that we haven't had a meal as perfect as this in a very long time. Thank you all for a wonderful evening!
