Luke's Alpine Club is the winter home of Luke's Oyster Bar & Chop House, the Singapore chop house recognised in the MICHELIN Guide Singapore every year since the guide's 2016 debut. Set inside Setsu Niseko, a MICHELIN Key hotel at the base of Grand Hirafu, chef-owner Travis Masiero brings his Boston roots to the mountains: plump oysters, Hokkaido seafood, and perfectly grilled steaks served in a warm, wood-panelled chop house inspired by the great alpine lodges.Come straight off the slopes for lunch, or settle in for dinner with the classics (shrimp cocktail, tuna tartare, steak au poivre), then finish with our famous chocolate chip cookies and stout milkshake.
