UNI Paris is a fine-dining Japanese restaurant in the heart of the Golden Triangle, steps from Avenue Montaigne. Our chef Dmytro Pak crafts precise Japanese cuisine inspired by inrō — the small boxes that once held secrets and treasures in old Japan. The experience unfolds across three spaces: an omakase counter where the chef prepares each piece before your eyes, a softly lit main dining room, and a private tatami salon for private dinners. In warmer months, a terrace opens onto the 8th arrondissement. The signature dish — sea urchin, crab, ponzu marmalade and truffle cream — gives the restaurant its name: uni means sea urchin in Japanese. The menu also features an omakase tasting (€160), signature creations (foie gras crème brûlée, wagyu with caviar, black cod burger), a curated cocktail list, and a sake selection including Dassai.
