The Retallick family have dedicated the last two decades to rewilding much of their 600 acres of land and preserving native species of both fauna and flora. Our Chef works passionately in collaboration with Sandy to bring this vision to fruition by developing irresistible flavours to Swagman. Our wonderful front of house and kitchen staff play an important role in bringing you a memorable experience.

    Excellent food. I had banh trang nurong mushroom (basically a mushroom pizza but instead of a dough base it was an ultra thin rice paper base. Main course was braised beef rib with pho juice, pickled onion and basil. Both dishes were dleicious. Great service. Good wine list reasonably priced. I had a Ministry of Clouds tempranillo grenache from McLaren Vale ($85)

    An amazing venue with a great ambience. All the staff were very attentive and didn’t miss a beat. The food and drinks were outstanding, my party all got the shared banquet which we found that every single dish was just amazing. We will definitely be returning soon!

    The service, food and atmosphere was excellent! A very relaxed afternoon of pizza, salad and wine. We could have stayed all afternoon relaxing in the sunshine.
