We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Water Street Tavern. We were warmly greeted and accommodated when we asked for a possible other table, one that we have sat at many a time and it just seemed fitting.We had the best lobster I have ever eaten and I’m in my 70’s and have had many a lobster in my day- caught that day, 2 1/4-2 1/2 pound lobster- soooo delicious. The owners came over to talk and a few other members of the staff also came by for a personal touch. They kinda know us by now, as it’s the only restaurant in Lubec we go to. All in all, I would say get there early, and enjoy every bite!!! And if you like lobster, you are in for a treat like no other! Side note: We sat next to some local celebs and that was very entertaining and engaging as well.
