We had a wonderful dinner with our group! The food was absolutely delicious, the ambience was elegant, and the staff were so friendly and attentive. The dome concept was especially unique and out of the box, making the whole dining experience feel extra special. It was such a lovely setting to enjoy good food and spend quality time together. We had a great evening and would happily recommend this place to others!

We visited this restaurant to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, and we had such a lovely experience. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and kindly asked us what kind of dessert we would like to celebrate the occasion, which was a really nice personal touch. The food and wine were both excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and enjoyable. The attentive service made the evening feel extra special. Definitely a great place for a birthday celebration or a nice dinner out. Highly recommended!

Went to DOM in Southbank lats night for my partner's birthday. The 10-seat Cantonese omakase spot was quiet with only three pairs for the friday night. The food was genuinely good. Chef Dominic Li is doing something interesting, taking dai pai dong street food flavours and dressing them up in fine dining clothes. The coral trout was a highlight, and you can tell there's real skill in the kitchen. But here's the thing, it's around $250 a head, and the vibe is still very much "intimate counter." So you're paying white-tablecloth prices for what feels like a very refined home-cooked meal. Good, but not "$250 good," if that makes sense. The bigger letdown was the tea pairing for $40 a head. It's supposed to be this "Celestial Tea Journey" but honestly, the teas were pretty tasteless. They didn't enhance the food or stand on their own. Just... there. For that price, you'd expect the pairing to actually add something. Verdict: Food's worth trying if you're curious, but maybe skip the tea pairing. It's a lot of money for a concept that doesn't quite deliver on every front.

Had a fabulous meal at Coupette - definitely worth hunting this place down for the excellent food and service.

Great curry with a lovely atmosphere. My English born husband said it was the best curry he had had in Melbourne since moving here 14 years ago. Cocktails were also great. A win all around.
