Experience dining approximately 30 feet below ground in historic caverns that were hand built in the 1800's. Accidentally discovered in 2018 during the building of our parent restaurant, Hudson and Essex, we have refurbished the caverns once used to store beer before air conditioning into a one of a kind dining experience. Every Friday and Saturday night we provide an 8 course dinner with wine pairings from our home winery ( Cypress Hill Winery ) using wines made with California grapes. Prepaid reservation only.     Our waiter Reed was very helpful and informative. He gave great service and also gave us a little history of the building, the adjacent winery and the prohibition cave dining area. The owners of the establishment even stopped by our table to see how everything was. You must try there brussels sprouts! I love that the greens for the salad are sourced locally also. I got a very nice poor of their petite serah from the winery they have there. They also have nonalcoholic beer for my husband. If you happen to be a vegan or a gluten-free pescatarian like myself. You will find delicious things to eat. Highly recommended!

    Amazing! My husband and I have been twice now, and both times it is just an amazing experience. The food is fantastic and the ambiance can't be beat. We will definitely be back!
