I was in 2 minds whether to book after reading some of the other reviews but I’m so glad I did. The food was all exceptional with a beautiful balance of flavours. If I wanted to be really picky the kaffir lime sorbet was too sweet and slightly overpowered the beautiful crab flavours in the Jersey crab dish but worked exceptionally well as a palate cleanser between mouthfuls! The staff were lovely - attentive without being overbearing. They appeared to have an excellent understanding of the dishes and added a sense of theatre to every course. Would highly recommend.

Afternoon Tea was lovely, but what made it more special were the staff. Very attentive and catered for my food tolerances.. really lovely team..!

Thoroughly enjoyable evening excellent food and service could not fault anything!

Fabulous experience at the Chef’s Table. A rare privilege being able to dine in the kitchen and watch the masters at work. Stunning food.
