Lo chef Mario ogni anno che torniamo a gustare i suoi piatti ci stupisce con novità frutto di sapienza e passione. Pasquale il pasticcere è sempre più artista e raffinato. Francesco in sala rispecchia i valori della cucina, mentre rappresenta verso il cliente la cura, l'attenzione, la professionalità di un ristorante che entusiasma ad ogni visita. Complimenti anche agli altri storici collaboratori che fanno parte di un team affiatato e consolidato, caratteristica rara. Torneremo come sempre con tanto piacere.

Every single ingredient - thought of, foraged next to bears in the forest(!), fermented, tasty. Surprise after surprise. Lots of special elixirs and one-of-a-kind drinks (however, they should allow you to purchase more alcoholic drinks). The main desert was unexpectedly weak in depth of satisfaction (I need heart-attack richness), but perfectly executed with the best of the best natural ingredients. Surprise tour of the fermentation rooms - very special (Porcini mushroom wine - what???). Fun chef, team of brave, deep thinkers, with world-changing culinary approaches. At the end, they did gather all guests together at the exit to sign our checks, which was sus and not aligned with the price-point of this type of experience. Perhaps slide it table-side at the end of dinner service? Yera wears it’s crown well. Ready to book round 2.

Very nice Overall. Had the Filet this time. Last time the bistecca, which was more tender. Rest was really good!
