I snagged a last-minute reservation after flying in for work, and I left wanting more because I had such a great time! The ambiance, the bartenders, the local I sat next to, and most importantly the food were all fantastic. I tried a coffee mocktail with lemon and pineapple that looked like a root beer float and was surprisingly tasty! The next day I came back hoping for the same vibe, and the ambiance was just as great, but it was busy. I tried to get a seat at the bar and it didn't work out, but the hostess (Kylie) was so sweet and kept trying until she spoke to her manager. He (Dolan)was incredibly pleasant, and even though they weren't supposed to do takeout, he made it happen. He even brought me a new drink from their menu, the Meli-tini, while I waited, and it was delicious. Absolutely amazing. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town!

Great experience in our first visit to Medusa. We tried the tasting menu and really enjoyed the opportunity to try so much of the menu. Seafood dishes, Sfincione, the steak and the caponata stood out but everything was good. Service was friendly and very attentive. Highly recommend this great new Detroit restaurant.

A classic, well-prepared Italian menu enhanced with a sensational wine list. The decor is modern and the background music is upbeat although quiet enough to allow conversation. The servers are cheerful, attentive and well-trained. Recommended.

This restaurant never disappoints!!!! Consistently delicious and always something new and seasonal to try with my consistent faves!! The execution to remain this high over so many years needs to recognized !! Wow
