Mia Margherita’s coal-fired oven celebrates pizza in its original intention. Our pizza dough is made in house. Every pizza is hand stretched and tossed by our pizzaiolos in front of our guests. The intensity of the coal-fired heat allows us to produce a very light, beautifully crispy, Neapolitan-style pizza. Moisture is retained at the center of the pie, so it's slightly chewy, too, giving our customers the best of both worlds. Mia Margherita also serves a variety of classic Italian dishes. We use high quality and fresh ingredients throughout our kitchen including making our own Bolognese and marinara sauces. The restaurant seats 125 people and offers a main dining room, private dining room, covered outdoor patio and a retail market.

    We are locals from Rock Cave area and come to Stonewall to eat regularly at Stillwater’s. Our experience is always amazing and the waitstaff is always incredible. We enjoy the experience that this restaurant provides as you can’t find that kind of quality and experience at restaurants in Buckhannon. We love it here and we are thinking about booking another stay at the resort soon. Thank you for an enjoyable dinner or breakfast every time we visit.

    We sat on the patio and loved watching the river and train go by. The food was delicious and the bread sticks were amazing. Great waiter!!!

    Wife and I visited for the first time for a date night. Amazing experience. Service was personable and friendly. Food was fast and outstanding and full of flavor. The place was clean and well kept. We had a very good experience and will return as soon as we can.

    Service was superb and done in a cheerful manner. I was pleased they were able to accommodate my special dietary request. Limited in what I could eat due to return surgery. Location is beautiful hilltop setting with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Gorgeous dining room with huge windows to see the great view.
