    Lo chef Mario ogni anno che torniamo a gustare i suoi piatti ci stupisce con novità frutto di sapienza e passione. Pasquale il pasticcere è sempre più artista e raffinato. Francesco in sala rispecchia i valori della cucina, mentre rappresenta verso il cliente la cura, l'attenzione, la professionalità di un ristorante che entusiasma ad ogni visita. Complimenti anche agli altri storici collaboratori che fanno parte di un team affiatato e consolidato, caratteristica rara. Torneremo come sempre con tanto piacere.

    Wat een geweldige ervaring om te dineren in de Johannesstube. De persoonlijke benadering van de chef kok, de bediening, de wijnkeuze...het hele concept van duurzame voedselbereiding, de uitleg en presentatie van de gerechten, maakte dat wij met veel plezier op deze avond terugkijken.

    Very nice Overall. Had the Filet this time. Last time the bistecca, which was more tender. Rest was really good!
