Experience dining approximately 30 feet below ground in historic caverns that were hand built in the 1800's. Accidentally discovered in 2018 during the building of our parent restaurant, Hudson and Essex, we have refurbished the caverns once used to store beer before air conditioning into a one of a kind dining experience. Every Friday and Saturday night we provide an 8 course dinner with wine pairings from our home winery ( Cypress Hill Winery ) using wines made with California grapes. Prepaid reservation only. Also available to book out for events.

    Outstanding dining experience! Greeted and taken to the caverns. Spaces are amazing. Service, food and wine pairings were unique and excellent. Definitely on our list to return many times!

    Every experience we have had at Mazzas is always outstanding, and last night was no different. Our waitress, Felecia was amazing! From the time she first welcomed us to our table until she thoughtfully gave us a bag for our boxed up food, and every moment in between was exceptional. Felicia was not only pleassnt, but anticipitory, and respectful. We love the Mazza Monday “M” themed discount, but most importantly, whether it begins with an “M” or not, it is always delicious! Thanks again for another great evening!
