Bricks & Barrels is a steak and seafood experience voted three consecutive years as Charleston's Favorite Restaurant in the annual People's Choice Awards.     My boyfriend and I went here for his birthday and the food and staff were amazing! He even got a free dessert for his birthday with a lighted candle. We will definitely be going back!

    Our waitress was fabulous! She had a trainee with her and he also had a great personality and conscientious. Their recommendations were spot on and she was good at reading the tackle when to interject and when to leave us alone. Great smile! Two of us had the filet features. The salads were great- I usually don’t finish because it’s just fluff- this I ate every bite. Filets cooked to perfection and I ordered horseradish cream on the side. Baked potatoes were fresh. Hari coverts looked great but I simply didn’t have any room. One of our guests had the fish and chips and he raved about it. The other two guests had sirloins and they really enjoyed. If i were to leave any “didn’t love” things it would be the noise level. At times it was hard to hear our guest talking. We sat in the booth near the host desk. All in all a truly great experience and we will be back!

    We booked our dinner time at 4:15 on 2/13 to celebrate Valentine’s Day a day early. Our table was ready when we arrived and our server was right there waiting for us. His name is Joe and he is very friendly and helpful. Our food came quickly and we had a nice meal. Our food was good. We ordered the wild caught breaded cod dinner and we both felt that it he breading needed more seasoning. Other than that, the price was good, the service was great and we will return.
