    Charlotte was amazing! She was super sweet, attentive, bubbly AND showed us some ATHLETIC SKILLS!!! We got breakfast, and view and a show! Charlotte saw a lady forgot her water bottle and literally DASHED like we were watching the Olympics and caught the lady to give her the water bottle! We think Sparking Hills should have a Olympic staff function yearly because Charlotte will definetly win the 100 M dash if you make her panic chase a client! The food was incredible, the service and entertainment was even better. Go Charlotte Go!

    Our party of 6 had an outstanding experience at Block One - both in the tasting room and the restaurant. The service was phenomenal (they made several accommodations for us, and our servers at both the tasting and restaurant provided great recommendations), the view from the property is stunning, and the food was delicious. We had the burrata, duck wings, sea to table (sablefish), and ribeye and were absolutely blown away by each dish. The duck wings are a must. This was our second time visiting and we will definitely be back every time we find ourselves in Kelowna. Highly recommend - worth the splurge!
