    We had to adjust time to earlier and that was easy. Daphne(sp) was delightful as hostess and server. We had Spring Salad, Crab cakes, pork short ribs and a bruschetta. All were amazing! The crab cakes had a fantastic flavor as did the ribs(Korean). Salad and bruschetta tasted fresh and delicious! Topped everything off with an affogato ! Will definitely be returning!

    Our server, Julia, was the perfect fit for our crew. She was there when we needed her and handled all of our requests with a sense of humor and fun. She made our entire experience. The food was delish the drinks were as well. We’ll be back!

    Everything about our dinner at the Bitterroot Bistro was top notch. Our waitress, Bailey, was attentive and knowledgeable about items on the menu. If you’re looking for outstanding food, great presentation, and an all around enjoyable experience, give this bistro a try. FIVE STARS! (And btw, order dessert. YUM.)
