Skyviews Restaurant is a full-service, largely self-supporting restaurant designed and operated to provide a hospitality laboratory experience for up to 50 students each week.     We attended the Fall Harvest Wine Dinner at Chez Sami this week and it was over the top fabulous. Great food, attentive staff, delicious wines, lovely (and not too loud) live music. The Beef Wellington alone was worth the price of admission, but everything was excellent. We will definitely be back!

    Filet mignon was delicious and cooked perfectly. All sides for this were excellent (wedge salad and loaded baked potato) Service great (Thank you Liz) Chose this restaurant due to many local referrals and we weren't disappointed. Thank you.

    The food at Claraboya is always fantastic! Our waitress was so kind and attentive. The price for the entrees is comparable to other high end restaurants, but the appetizers were very pricey. I love the atmosphere…makes you feel like you are out of town on vacation while still being in your hometown. I highly recommend Claraboya!
