Meander embodies relaxed indulgence. Be prepared to sit and enjoy your 3-course meal for two hours, with a fresh salad or soup to start, 3 options for your main course, and a dessert. Executive Chef Kyle J. Smith also features fresh bread and an amuse-bouche between courses. Our bar is finely curated to offer mid- to top-shelf liquors, with an interesting wine and beer list. All mixes, salts, and syrups are made in house and augmented with fresh ingredients. My husband and I ordered steaks. They were cooked perfectly. He loved the Chicken Cordon Bleu soup. Service was excellent. This is our first time in Deadwood.
