Majority of the time when we go to Black Angus the food is excellent, one in a great while there are hiccups like any other restaurant however you can speak with someone about it and they work on it to make it better.

Loved Little Joe’s. We (3) were placed in a small side room, along with a large party of 10, making it quite a noisy environment and difficult to converse. Clam chowder was one of the best we’ve ever had. Cesar salad, creamed corn, sautéed mushrooms, and ribeye were all delicious. The only drawback was the heated plate continued to cook the steak, making it more done than what was ordered. If you like a medium steak, I’d order med-rare. Otherwise, a wonderful dining experience. We’ll be back!

Mahiʻai never disappoints! Lance took excellent care of us while balancing his roles as our server and bartender. The Leeward Skies was one of the best drinks I’ve ever had—even my husband, who doesn’t typically enjoy gin, loved it. We started with the wings, which were outstanding, especially with the dried mango, sesame, green onion, and sauce. The shrimp were cooked to perfection, full of flavor, and surprisingly light despite the preparation. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the confit chicken, recommended by Lance. Live music by Alex O added to the wonderful atmosphere, and our kids loved the relaxed ambiance, live music, chicken tenders, and pizza. While dining inside Foodland may not immediately suggest an exceptional dining experience, Mahiʻai consistently exceeds expectations. Great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere make it a must-visit!
