After school she took a job at the most well known 3 Michelin star restaurant on the west coast The French Laundry in Napa California for 3 years. From there she went to be apart of the opening team of SingleThread Farm and restaurant, and captained there for 5 years.Come join them in an evening of authentic Turkish flavors.
