Never a bad surprise at the Bilboquet. Too much work had kept us at bay for way too long.. It was really great to be back for the food and the great team.

Great Sunday brunch! We had eggs Benedict, French toast and 4 total mimosas for 2 people…$110 total with tip. It was my niece’s birthday and the server brought a complimentary chocolate mouse dessert that was delicious! We sat outside in the shade on a beautiful weather day. Le Bilboquet is a small and quaint Parisian bistro in a happening area for young, middle age and older. A little expensive but highly recommended for brunch, lunch or dinner!

Service was excellent and the food is awesome. The host and wait staff are attentive and will take very good care of you! The food is presenation was Instagram ready. The flavors are just right, not overbearing. Come for the service and relaxing atmosphere

Especially good last night. Probably because we missed coming in. Our server, Jhonatan was sweet, knowledgeable and just the perfect amount of attention. The whole restaurant has a particularly special vibe last night.

Nice little french themed restaurant in the Knox / Henderson area of Dallas. Good quality cocktails, wine list, appetizers, etc. The service was a bit slow, which could have been attributed to the fact that they were very busy during our reservation (7:45 pm). Overall a nice date spot.

Went here for brunch and will not likely return. Had the chicken paillard and the chicken was totally over cooked and dry. Presentation was down right embarrassing—to the point where no one was clearly watching what was coming out of the kitchen. Another in our party returned hers to the kitchen because the Cajun chicken was so spicy it was inedible. I know brunch is busy, but this is not the same Bilboquet I knew once upon a time. Sigh.

We loved our dinner the other night (as always) at Le Bilboquet. Trey was our server and he was great. Kind, funny, knowledgeable and eager to please. The food was amazing. We got a few different things…beet salad, Bibb salad, Cajun chicken and flilets. It was all delicious. Can’t wait to return.

The food, service, and ambience were all fantastic. The services provided by the professional management and staff are the main reasons that we keep coming back. The old world elegance is a rare thing, and we value their focus to make sure that everything about the dining experience is excellent. I highly recomend this Le Bilboquet, and Peyton as a gracious and professional waiter.
