Matt Martin is the most talented and unique chefs in the entire okanagan. Every meal has been an experience, his tasting menu is worth every penny and minute. One of the only places I recommend to visit in the okanagan. Huge respect.

Excellent venue, delightful service and magnificent views. Slightly on the high side price wise but an intelligent menu opting for a "less is more" approach but limiting the number of items and focussing on fresh seasonal, local ingredients.........

This Room is The Best! From Artwork, to Wine, to Food, to Service this was a very enjoyable and unforgettable experience. I would recommend this Winery to everyone because this was a special place for myself and my partner. The wines also made this an awesome moment on our Sunday. Keep this as an option for a very special occasion or just a great brunch. The view will leave you happy and content. A peaceful state of being!

Excellent and Creative presentations by Martine. Mushrooms on brioche bread with shaved Parmesan was exquisite. Ostrich tartare was divine. Lambs two ways absolutely delicious. A true rising star in Okanagan value. We love to dine here. Much thanks

I have heard a lot of great things about Liquidity Bistro so was excited to check it out. However, I was very disappointed having made the 1.5 hour journey out there to celebrate a special occasion to find out that we could not have the tasting menu which was the sole reason why we had booked this restaurant. I was informed by the waitress (very politely I must add) that if we wanted the tasting menu we were supposed to have requested it at the time of booking. However no comment is made when you book via OpenTable that this is the case. Rather it says the menu has to be ordered by all and before 8pm. It would be great if this could be clarified. As I say, I was very disappointed by this and it put a downer on the evening.

The service is great and the winery and view are outstanding. The soup was wonderful however the charcuterie board was very disappointing especially for the cost. The meat selection was unappealing and the picked beans showed signs of being old and were not particularly tasty.

Everything about this hit the mark perfectly. This restaurant is modern and in a beautiful setting and breathtaking views especially at sunset. I love the rotating gallery throughout. The food was great and the wine pairing was well done. While the wines aren’t very unique per se they are consistent and all very good. The service was great and personable.

Amazing! A limited selection of vegetarian dishes but the one entree was excellent: smoked heirloom grains with Gouda, wild kale, and oyster mushrooms. They were also more than happy to create a vegetarian dish for us. Nice. Service was excellent and the view incredible. The restaurant was pretty quite on the night we went so it was quiet and low-key. A real treat.

Cara our server was amazing , only negative was customers wearing too much perfume . We had to move away from the area but Cara was very gracious about it and the Rose was very good!

We visited for lunch and the food was absolutely outstanding. The view was beautiful, our service was excellent and the Voignier we shared was a perfect complement to all of our food. We really enjoyed our experience and will definitely be back the next time we are in town. We've already told several friends about our experience.

We had a fantastic experience at Liquidity. The tasting sommelier Jenna was excellent and we purchased a rose for lunch at her recommendation and went back to purchase a couple additional bottles of wine. Our server was excellent and lunch was delicious. Nice touch to be informed the zucchini was grown at the winery in their garden. The view where we were seated was beautiful. Added bonus to meet the owner Ian! I would highly recommend Liquidity.

Jeremy was our server and he was excellent. Very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and just generally a nice guy. The food was fine. Not a very diverse menu, the trend in the valley I suppose. But interesting and you can't beat the view.

Food and service were great. We were seated next to a large family with many children who were allowed to roam the room. Their noise, proximity to our table and interruption of the view as well as the loud telephone conversation of another "guest" took away from our enjoyment. Their behaviour had nothing to do with the excellent service and food - perhaps a request to keep cell phones silent or request that cell conversations be removed from the room? Thank you.

It is so nice having Liquidity close to us here in OK Falls. Last summer I stopped dining at Liquidity Bistro because the portions and menu were inadequate, especially given the expense. I am happy to say, I am back as the restaurant made a number of changes for this season. The portions are back and the food and menu items absolutely delicious. I have now eaten at the Bistro once for dinner and once for lunch. Both were fabulous! I would now highly recommend Liquidity Bistro. And the view is to die for.
