Paris 66 looks like it was pulled right out of its namesake city and dropped in Southwest Pennsylvania. It has signature cocktails and a superb wine list, and the décor is luxurious even though it’s also appropriate for casual dining. The Sunday brunch menu features everything from onion soup and La Trois Fromages (three market cheeses) to the Omelette du Jour and filet mignon.
